This large office block had been leaking for many years with the previous roofing contractors repairs failing, causing damage to the ceilings and offices below. Being a reputable flat roofing contractor in Tunbridge Wells, this was a local roof replacement for the team.
Using one of our preferred material suppliers, “TOR”, a detailed specification was submitted, and the contract secured for the new roof covering to be applied.
The durable “TOR Elastaseal” system was installed by our fully trained roofers under challenging weather conditions, with a considerable number of pipes, roof windows, vents and air-conditioning access pipes to leave a guaranteed and waterproof finished flat roof coating.
