GDPR policy Statement

In line with GDPR legislation, we are committed to fulfilling your rights as a data subject:

  • Right of access: you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Right of rectification: you have the right to correct data we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete

  • Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing · Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling
  • Right to judicial review – in the event we refuse your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have a right to lodge a complaint as detailed in GDPR Art. 77, Section 1.

This Policy Document informs you of data we hold about you, which has been obtained directly in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. Data we retain may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact phone number, email, business address and any correspondence we send or receive from you. We will only retain your data for the time required to fulfil the purposes outlined, or for the duration required by law, whichever is longer. The information is retained to better provide you with the required services. We use this information in order to:

  • respond to queries or requests submitted by you
  • create specifications and supply product information that you may requested from us
  • administer or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us
  • anticipate and resolve problems with any goods or services supplied to you
  • provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us
  • provide you with information about other goods and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about
  • notify you about changes to our service

We may share your data with a third party for the express purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligation to you (e.g. courier company delivering products). All data retained is subject to appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, & against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure.
