The covered storage area at Epping MOT Centre was in desperate need of a new roof. The new roof installation incorporates structural decking, vapour barrier, 18mm OSB decking and a “Firestone RubberGard” EPDM waterproof membrane. Above the new flat roofing, our roofers installed a drainage / filtration layer and an interlocking “tray-based” sedum roof, retained by a stainless-steel retaining bar system.
