Elastaseal is safely cold applied and remains flexible, re-enforced and multi layered incorporating a base coat, polyester fabric reinforcement, saturation coat and a final UV resistant top coat. This creates a seamless enclosure that won’t crack, break or leak and actively resists moisture; properly kept it will last indefinitely though extended warranties are also available if you want to be sure!

Elastaseal was created with climates like Britain in mind, ensuring it could cope with low temperatures and wet conditions. Manufactured from liquid polymers, polyester fabrics and benign solvents it can be laid even at freezing point and remains flexible and free of cracks even after years of cold winters and hot summers.

Friendly to the environment

Most waterproofing requires literally melting materials to surfaces or utilising highly toxic chemical resins to fix fibreglass which ultimately has a detrimental effect on the environment. Elastaseal applies cold and uses benign and water based solvents which are better for the health of the planet, and the installers!

Odourless and free of plasticizers, solvents and chemicals it can be applied safely without protective equipment even in occupied and air conditioned buildings from factories to hotels and schools.
